Desafio 2024 Capitulo 103rd Amendment. The 103rd constitutional amendment act, 2019 introduced reservations for economically weaker sections of society. The 103rd amendment inserted articles 15 (6) and 16 (6) in the constitution to provide up to 10 per cent reservation to the economically weaker sections (ews).
103rd constitutional amendment act was implemented with the objective of mitigating the disparity by allocating a 10% quota for individuals belonging to the economically weaker sections (ews) in. The supreme court has upheld the 103rd constitution amendment providing for 10% quota for the economically weaker sections (ews) from unreserved categories.
